If you need to change any personal details please email support@bitwage.com. To ensure cyber security send a link from https://onetimesecret.com* containing:
- The old information you want changed (ie. old phone number)
- The new value (ie. new phone number)
- Your full address
- DOB
- The amount of your last payroll
Once we receive this information we will update and send a confirmation.
*Please have an expiration date of at least 3 days on your onetimesecret.com link and do not send with passphrase to open.
If your company is registered on Bitwage, your employer can change your email address through their portal, as long as your profile is attached to only their Employer profile.
