Wires sent to bank accounts designated for ACH transfers, or ACH sent to bank accounts designated for wires, may result in longer processing times and extra charges. Please note that ACH transfers should be directed to Lead Bank, while domestic wires should be sent to Vantage.
Refer below for details on fees applicable if funds are sent to the incorrect account. These fees account for the additional processing efforts on Bitwage's end and the supplementary receiving charges from our vendors.
ACH sent to Vantage:
Sending funds to the wrong account will result in a $10 wire fee and a $20 processing fee. If this occurs multiple times, there is a risk of account closure.
Wires sent to Lead Bank:
There is a $20 fee for wires sent to Lead Bank regardless of subscription status. Please note that wires send to Vantage as instructed have a $10 fee for non premium users and no fee for premium subscribers.
