A: No, you don't need to worry if you receive a verification pending notice. Once the review is complete, you will receive a notification of the outcome. This is a standard process that ensures the security and compliance of the platform. Please keep a lookout from an email from the compliance team requesting additional information or informing you of your results. This would come from support@bitwage.com.

Q: How long does the manual review process take? 

A: The manual review process typically takes between 1 to 3 business days. However, depending on the volume of applications and the complexity of your case, it may take longer.

Q: What can I do while my application is under manual review? 

A: Employers will not have access to platform functionalities until their application is approved. However, admins can continue to set up their personal account at this time.  

Users applying for Bitwage as an employee or contractor can continue to set-up their account. However, you won't be able to receive your salary in Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies until your application is approved.
