Occasionally, users may experience issues receiving SMS messages. These can be easily resolved by choosing the WhatsApp option or by reaching out to our support team.
Please note that WhatsApp can only be used to receive two-factor authentication (2FA) codes during the SIGN-UP and LOGIN processes. Once you have accessed the platform, if you encounter any problems with SMS messages, we recommend using Google Authenticator for enhanced security.
