In order to view the status of your payment, just log in to your Bitwage profile and in the control panel you will be able to see the different statuses of the payment until it is marked as completed and sent to the wallet address or bank account you have added in your allocations.
The stages through which the payment passes
Received, Processing and Complete
Received: Indicates that the payment has arrived in the Bitwage bank account. -
Processing: During this period, the payment is being processed and will be sent to your wallet within 24 hours.
Complete: In this status, the payment has completed processing and has been sent to your wallet or bank account.
When will my money arrive?
How long does it take to receive my funds?
This depends on many factors including the method your client/employer sent your funds, when your payment is marked received, your subscription with Bitwage (premium, non premium, Bitwage Business), and your allocations.
Once your client has sent the money, depending on the sending method, it can take 24 to 72 hs business days for a local transfer to reach our bank.
What days are considered business days for Bitwage payment processing?
Bitwage operates on business days, just like banks. Therefore, weekends will not be counted as business days for payment processing.
When will Bitwage show my payment as received?
Bitwage starts every business day by marking payment received. All wire payments must arrive by 12PM EST in order to be marked received. ACH payments are available the business day following arrival. Once marked received you will be able to see your payment as "Received" at the bottom of your user dashboard.
Once received, when will Bitwage send my payment?
Individual Premium users will have payment process and sent same day. Non premium Individuals and Bitwage Business Employees will have their payments processed and send the following business day. Crypto payments will arrive the same day as being processed, payments sent to bank accounts will arrive the following business day of being released.
Timeline of Processing:
- Arrival - Your employer sends your payment to Bitwage. Depending on the payment method this can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days.
- Domestic Wires generally arrive the same day
- ACH Payments can take a few days to arrive
- Marked Received - Every day we go through all new arrivals and mark them received. At this point you will see your payment as "Received" in your dashboard.
- ACH Payments are not available to us to be marked received till they have settled in our account, which is typically the business day following arrival.
- Wires are available upon receipt, but must arrive before 12 PM EST to be marked received. Wires received after the cut-off will be marked received the following business day.
- Processing - At this point we will make all trades, conversions, and exchanges
- Individual Premium Subscribers will be processed the same business day as marked received.
- Non Premium and Bitwage Business Employees's are processed the business day following being marked received.
- Released and Fulfilled - This is the stage where we send the funds to your desired allocations.

- Banks Accounts will show the funds arrive the business day following release
What if I don't receive my payment and it says fulfilled?
If your payment status is fulfilled, and you don't receive your funds in your bank account or wallet the following business day, please contact support@bitwage.com.
Can I send test payments?
IF YOU'RE NEW TO USING BITWAGE AND WANT TO TEST THE PLATFORM BY SENDING A SMALL PAYMENT, HERE ARE SOME FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT.
Can I send test payments with Bitwage?
Yes, you can send test payments with Bitwage. However, you need to inform our support team you are doing so. Also, do not send a test payment from a personal account. We can only accept test payments from Business accounts. Personal accounts may be rejected.
What should I do before sending test payments with Bitwage?
If you're planning to send test payments with Bitwage, you need to let our support team know in advance.
This is particularly important if you are planning to send test payments of less than 10 USD, these payments due to the fees cannot be processed and sent to the user, the team will be able to certify that the transfer was successful but will remain as a test account.
We recommend for the payment to be processed and sent to be greater than 30 USD.
How do I let Bitwage's support team know that I'm sending test payments?
You can contact Bitwage's support team through our website or by emailing support@bitwage.com. Let them know that you are planning to send test payments and provide them with the necessary details, such as the payment amount, the currency, and the recipient.
What happens if I send a test payment without notifying Bitwage?
If you send a test payment below $10 without notifying Bitwage, it will not be processed. If we are unable to identify the payment it will not be marked received and go unclaimed.
My employer/client's payment is not showing in Bitwage
Do you feel your payment is missing or delayed? Here are the steps to submit a request for checking the status of your payment.
Firstly please note the processing times explained above, also your control panel will not instantly reflect the arrival of your payment. It must first be marked as received, which could occur the business day after arrival.
